Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

1. Service Description

VectraAd is an AI-powered marketing graphic generator operated by VectraAd. The service allows users to create ad posters and marketing visuals from text prompts using advanced AI models. VectraAd offers a free tier with limited generations and a Pro subscription with a monthly image generation quota and access to all layout aspect ratios.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VectraAd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Free Tier and Pro Subscription

Free Tier: New users receive 3 free AI image generations, restricted to a 1:1 square aspect ratio. Once the free limit is reached, a Pro subscription is required to continue generating images.

Pro Subscription: Two plans are available:

  • Monthly: $19.00/month, auto-renewing
  • Yearly: $149.00/year, auto-renewing

To maintain service quality and prevent abuse, Pro subscriptions include a monthly quota of 150 AI image generations. This quota resets on the first day of each calendar month; unused generation credits do not roll over. Pro subscribers also receive unlimited AI prompt polishing requests and access to all layout aspect ratios (such as 4:5 Meta mobile feed, 9:16 vertical/Stories, and 16:9 Banner).

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VectraAd to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or violates applicable laws.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats.
  • Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation, violence, or self-harm.
  • Impersonates another person or entity without authorization.
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of your subscription without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of the images you generate using VectraAd. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party rights.

Platform rights: VectraAd retains all rights to the VectraAd platform, including its name, logo, software, and design. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without authorization.

AI-generated content: Because AI-generated images are created based on your prompts, you are free to use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes. VectraAd makes no claim of ownership over your generated images.

6. Subscription Billing

  • Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription button in the app.
  • Refunds are handled by Stripe according to their respective policies. VectraAd does not issue refunds directly.
  • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate until the next renewal.

7. Disclaimers

VectraAd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated images will meet your requirements or be free of errors. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectraAd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VectraAd, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. VectraAd may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use VectraAd ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of VectraAd after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
