Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create a VectraAd account, we collect and store the following information:

  • Account data: Your email address and a unique user ID assigned by Firebase Authentication.
  • Usage data: The number of images generated, monthly usage counts, active billing months, and request timestamps, stored in our Firestore database to enforce usage limits, cooldowns, and prevent abuse.
  • Generated content: The text prompts you submit and the images generated by our AI engine.
  • Billing data: Subscription status information managed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number — payment details are handled entirely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the VectraAd service.
  • To process your AI image generation requests via external AI generation APIs.
  • To manage subscriptions and verify active status through Stripe.
  • To enforce free-tier usage limits and prevent abuse.
  • To send essential service notifications (e.g., billing issues, security alerts).

3. AI Processing

When you generate an image, your text prompt is sent to external AI generation APIs for processing. VectraAd does not control how these third parties process or retain prompt data. We encourage you to review their AI privacy practices. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information in your prompts.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. VectraAd receives only your subscription status information — we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or other raw payment credentials.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

VectraAd uses browser local storage and cookies to maintain your authentication session with Firebase. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data Sharing

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate VectraAd:

  • Firebase — Authentication and Firestore database hosting.
  • External AI API providers — AI image generation.
  • Stripe — Subscription and payment processing.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Your Rights

  • Access: You can request a copy of your personal data at any time.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
  • Opt-out: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Center in the app.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated images and usage data are retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion, we remove your data from Firebase and Firestore within 30 days.

9. Security

We use Firebase Authentication for secure login, server-side token verification for API access, and Firestore security rules to ensure users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new effective date.
